Build Back Better and get your business set up for Growth

Pam takes a commercial, pragmatic and solution focused approach on the challenges facing businesses with their teams: Recruitment – Retention - Protection
  • Recruiting for success: Creating a competitive proposition for a tight labour market, flexibility and hybrid working, recruiting for attitude and aligned values.
  • How to retain your talent: What motivates staff? Progression, pay, praise. What you can do to retain staff.
  • Protection: Attitudes are changing in the workplace with more grievances and complaints about other staff being made. Are your teams ready and trained to deal with disciplinary and grievances effectively? What happens when things don’t work out, and how can you protect your business?
Attendees will come away feeling enlightened and prepared to face and deal with any challenges ahead.
